These terms govern access to NukeSlips, an informational sports-analysis service that does not accept or place wagers.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must meet the legal age and location requirements that apply to you. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Informational service only
Picks, charts, confidence labels, and written analysis are opinions, not guarantees or financial advice. Sports outcomes are uncertain. You may lose money if you choose to wager elsewhere.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details private. You may not share premium content, scrape the service, interfere with another member’s access, commit payment fraud, or misuse another person’s account.
Trials and memberships
Eligible verified users may receive one 14-day trial. Paid access renews every two weeks at the price disclosed before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid term.
Content and results
NukeSlips content remains owned by NukeSlips or its licensors. Finished results may be corrected when necessary, with the reason and change retained. Channel availability may change as sports schedules and coverage evolve.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NukeSlips disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for wagering losses, third-party sportsbook actions, or decisions made from the content.
Suspension and contact
We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, threats to other members, or material violation of these terms. Contact support for account, membership, or policy questions.
