Subscription & Cancellation Policy
NukeSlips shows the trial, price, renewal schedule, and effect of cancellation before you subscribe.
7-day trial
One eligible trial may begin after email verification and checkout and lasts 7 days. Creating additional accounts does not create additional eligibility. A trial may end early for fraud, abuse, or a material policy violation.
Weekly renewal
After the trial, a paid membership renews weekly at $10 USD unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. Any promotional offer will display its own conditions before you accept it.
Cancellation
Use the Manage Billing option in your account to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access continues until that date. Deleting your NukeSlips account does not automatically cancel an active membership.
Failed payments and expiration
A failed payment may be retried. Premium access may be limited when a membership expires or remains unpaid. You can update your payment method from the billing page.
Receipts and billing history
Receipts and billing history are available from the Manage Billing option. Contact support if a charge appears incorrect or you need help finding a receipt.
Refund requests
Payments cover access for the stated membership period. Contact support promptly about an accidental or incorrect charge. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and any rights provided by applicable law.
