This policy explains the information NukeSlips collects, why it is used, and the choices available to members.
Information collected
Account information may include your name, verified email, sign-in activity, accepted policy timestamps, appearance and notification preferences, saved picks, support messages, and membership activity. Our payment processor provides customer identifiers, payment status, receipts, and limited billing details. NukeSlips never stores complete card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, determine trial eligibility, deliver premium picks, process memberships, send requested alerts, answer support messages, prevent misuse, improve the experience, and meet legal obligations.
Safeguards and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Records are retained only as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, complete billing obligations, and comply with law.
Service partners
Trusted partners may help provide account access, data storage, payment processing, and email delivery. They process information under their own privacy terms and only for the services they provide to NukeSlips.
Your choices
You can update profile, appearance, and notification preferences from your account. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.
Cookies and trial eligibility
Necessary cookies keep members signed in and remember appearance choices. Verified-email and prior membership history may be used to prevent repeated trials. NukeSlips does not use invasive fingerprinting without clear notice and consent.
